复合型人才联合培养机制的欧洲策略及其经验

摘　　要：当前加强跨界合作培养复合型高级人才成为高等教育改革的驱动力,欧盟国家在此方面具有良好的典范作用。在欧洲高等教育一体化和学生发展需求的影响下,现代学徒制、伊拉斯谟流动项目和玛丽居里行动计划等成为联合培养人才的关键机制。欧洲复合型人才联合培养机制具有导向性、配套性、流动性和跨界性等特征,为应对我国高校人才培养改革中的问题明确了方向。我国在复合型人才联合培养过程中应重点设计激励制度、完善校企合作以及创建生态体系。There is a drive for reform of higher education which is to reinforce joint and interdisciplinary, cooperation between academy and industry. It has played active role in terms of joint higher education programmes in the EU countries. These strategies such as the Modern Apprenticeship, the Erasmus programme, and the Marie 3ktodowska-Curie Action have been some key mechanism of joint higher education programmes under the influence of the integration of European higher education and the needs of students＇ development.The features of guidance, supporting, mobility and cross-border in European strategies are beneficial to the reform of higher education in China. In this aspect, we should put emphasis on the design of incentive mechanism, improvement of cooperation between university and enterprise, and the creation of the ecosystem.
