全媒体时代独立学院培养应用型新闻人才的重要性及现存问题探讨

摘　　要：全媒体时代的到来使我国新闻人才的培养进入了一个转型与变革时期,随着新闻传媒界需求的多元化,新闻教育也必然要与时俱进。如何贴合社会需求,培养高素质的新闻人才是眼下独立学院求生存求发展必须面对的一个重要课题。鉴于此,文章立足我国独立学院新闻学专业的发展现状及实际人才培养情况,分析应用型人才在独立学院人才培养中的重要性。同时借用案例分析法探讨当前独立学院在培养应用型新闻人才技能方面所具有的问题:课程配置结构不完善、教师自身技能不过硬、实习基地匮乏、培养人才的硬件设施不健全,并给出一番思考。The arrival of the era of the whole media makes our country＇s news personnel transform into a period of transformation, with the diversification of the demand of the media, the news education is bound to advance with the times. How to fit the needs of the community, training high-quality news talent is an important issue facing the survival and development of independent colleges at the moment. In view of this situation, training based on the cur- rent development condition of China＇s Independent Journalism School and practical talents, analyzing the importance of Applied Talents in the independent college talent training. At the same time, the author discusses the problems of the current independent colleges in cultivating the skills of applied talents by using case analysis method：curriculum con- figuration is not perfect, teachers＂ skills are poor, the lack of practice base of talent training, hardware facilities is not perfect, and give some thought.
