摘　　要：文章以安徽三联学院为例,针对应用型本科生的培养定位,结合高等数学课程在教学上存在的问题以及多年教学实践的基础上,进行教学改革与研究,采用班主任助教式教学改革进行实践,使高校高等数学教学真正地适用于培养高素质的应用型人才。Based on Anhui Sanlian College as an example, this paper carries out a teaching reform and study based on the orien- tation of talent cultivation in undergraduate universities, the problems existing in advanced mathematics teaching and many years＇ teaching practice. Through the practice of the assistant system of head teachers, this paper aims to make advanced mathematics teaching suitable for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
