高职院校学生法治意识培养现状与对策研究

摘　　要：在强调立德树人的今天,法治意识培养与思想道德的培养相辅相成,做好法治教育是做好思想政治工作的重要体现。通过对部分高职院校的问卷调查,发现当前学生法治教育过程中仍有需要完善之处,本文根据问题和原因有针对性地提出解决办法,为提升高职学生法律素养提供有益的参考意见。In today＇s background of emphasizing moral establishment and talent cultivation, legal consciousness cultivation and ideological and moral cultivation complement each other, so the effective implementation of legal education is an important manifestation of the effective implementation of ideological and political work. Through the questionnaire survey of some higher vocational colleges, it is found that there are still problems in the current legal education. This paper puts forward some solutions according to the problems and causes, and provides useful reference for improving the legal literacy of higher vocational students.
