机械类专业高职生社会定位与职业韧性培养探究

摘　　要：机械制造是制造业的心脏,机械类高职大学生的职业定位和社会价值随着制造业的回归升级也在发生变化。本文通过对机械类高职大学生职业及社会价值定位的重新分析和探究,指出要充分发挥其价值,必须加强大学生的职业韧性培养。Machinery manufacturing is the heart of the manufacturing industry, so mechanical higher vocational college students＇ career orientation and social value is also changing with the return and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. In this paper, through the re-analysis and re-exploration of the orientation of mechanical higher vocational college students＇ professional and social value, the writer points out that the full play of the value must be based on professional toughness cultivation.
