“茶艺表演与编创”课程实践教学形式改革与做法的探讨——以江苏农林职业技术学院茶艺实践教学为例

摘　　要："茶艺表演与编创"是茶艺专业的一门核心课程,是着眼于实践操作指导的理论课程,也是茶艺人才培养成效的关键课程。根据本课程实践教学部分在茶艺专业培养目标中的定位和学生能力培养的目标,采用多样化教学方式、服务形式学习、阶段性考核机制、以赛促学模式等手段,激活第二课堂,旨在培养高素质的茶艺技能型人才,获得显著成效。＂Tea Ceremony and Creation＂, a core course of tea art major, is a theoretical course that pays attention to practice instruction, so it is also a key course for the training of tea art tal- ents. In accordance with the orientation of ＂Tea Ceremony and Creation＂ practice teaching in tea art cultivation objectives and the cultivation objectives of students＇ abilities, we use a variety of teaching methods, carry out service form learning, stage assess- ment mechanism, competitive learning mode, and activate second classroom, aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with tea art skills. And we have obtained significant results.
