摘　　要：随着高职院校的迅猛发展,部分高职学生的心理健康问题愈加突出,其心理健康问题的类型集中体现为抗压能力差型、人际交往障碍型、自卑心理型等,对于高职院校学生的心理健康教育也提出了新的要求。而影响高职学生心理健康的因素,不仅源自自身,还与学校、家庭因素密不可分,所以解决这一心理健康问题离不开学生自己的努力和学校的必要指引以及家庭的情感给予。通过分析高职院校学生心理健康教育的现状,探索提升高职学生心理健康教育具有十分重要的意义。With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, the problems of some higher vocational students are increasingly prominent, so new requirements have been put forward for psychological health education in higher vocational colleges. The factors affecting higher vocational students＇ psychological health not only comes from themselves, but also comes from their colleges and families, so the settlement of their psychological problems needs the combined effort of themselves, colleges and families. Through an analysis on the current situation of psychological health education for higher vocational students, this paper points out that it is of great significance.
