摘 要:口腔医学本科生毕业前的临床实习是从学生向医生转变的关键环节,是很大程度上决定未来口腔医生的临床水准和执业习惯的起始阶段。牙体牙髓科是以实践操作为主要治疗手段的临床科室,对于医生的综合诊断能力、动手能力以及医患沟通能力等都有着很高的要求。采用CBL结合PBL教学模式,以学生为主体,以临床病例为出发点,能够更好地调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,激发学生更高的学习兴趣,提高学生对临床接诊的信心;同时有助于提升牙体牙髓病学临床实习的教学质量,是适合口腔医学生毕业前临床实习的教学法。The clinical practice is a very crucial program before the graduation of oral intern students,it is a pivotal connection of transition from students to doctors, it is a initial stage to determine clinical standard and professional habit in the future. Endodontics is a clinical department in practice as the main treatment,dentists are asked have high requirements of integrated diagnosis ability, practical ability and doctor-patient communication ability. In this paper, the new oriented teaching models of PBL and CBL, take the student as the main subject, with clinical cases as a starting point, mobilize the student's initiative and enthusiasm of learning, and gain more confidence in treating patients, improve quality of endodontics clinical practice teaching and could be applied in clinical internship teaching.
