一流高职院校建设的内部治理结构变革

摘　　要：国家示范性院校建设开启了高职院校发展的外部动力机制,为全社会关注高职教育、支持高职教育营造了良好的社会外部环境。然而高职院校管理中的"非人格化""金字塔形"结构和"亚文化"壁垒等因素制约着国家示范性院校迈向世界一流,一流高职院校建设要开启内部治理结构变革。Contructing Modeling HVC stimulates HVCsI external developmental motivation, creating a good social environment of caring about and supporting higher vocational eduction. However, factors in HVCs such as non-humanity, pyramid structure and sub-cultural barrier hinder national modeling HVCs＂ stepping toward first- class in the world. Constructing first-class HVCs demands the enhancement of their internal administration.
