摘　　要："质量标准"包括素质要求、核心知识、核心能力、护士角色能力及角色发展、护理相关能力5个维度72项标准。本文借鉴全面质量管理(TQM)思路,引进ISO9000标准,运用理论研究、专家会议和德尔菲(Delphi)法构建标准。研究和构建我校护理本科人才质量标准,对人才培养发展起到定向、指导和规范作用。＂Quality standards＂ include quality requirements, core knowledge, core competencies, nurses and the role of the role of the development of nursing,related capacity of five dimensions of 72 standards. ! Based on TQM, the paper introduces the ISO9000 standard, constructs the standard by the theory research, the expert meeting and the Delphi method.Research and build our school nursing undergraduate talent quality standards, the development;of personnel training play a directional, guiding and normative role.
