教育在积极人格社会化形成过程中作用辨析

摘　　要：本文力图对人格社会化的定义进行解读辨析,教育对于人格发展的作用给与总结归纳,并指出其根本作用是使教育对象形成社会化的积极人格,达到适应社会发展和完善的人格的目的。同时也根据教育对象的心理特点和社会化过程,提出改进教育思路、教育方法的一些意见。This article tries hard to the personality socialization definition to carry on the explanation discrimination,educates gives the summary induction regarding the personality development function,and pointed out that its basic function is causes the education object to form socialized the positive personality,achieves the adaptation social development and the consummation personality goal.Simultaneously also according to the education object's psychological characteristic and the socialized process,proposes the improvement education mentality,education method some opinions.
