摘　　要：在研究生教育综合改革背景下,分析医学学术型研究生面临的困境,在职业生涯规划意识、能力等方面存在的欠缺。通过对研究生加强自我塑造,科学而有效地进行职业生涯规划,发挥导师的引导作用以及为研究生提供交流平台,完善质量监督体系等方式,提升研究生职业规划的能力,以保证实现研究生教育质量的不断提高,指导研究生理性合理就业、择业,为社会输送高质量人才,满足医疗卫生服务的需求。In the background of the graduate education comprehensive reform, analysis of the plight the medical academic degree graduate suffering in such aspects as the lack of the consciousness and ability for occupational planning. Exploring the methods by improving the self shape of the graduate students, making a scientific and effective occupational planning, playing the role of mentor＇s guide, providing a communication platform for graduate students, and perfecting the quality of the supervision system. In order to improve the ability of career planning for graduate students, to ensure that the continuous improvement of the quality for postgraduate education, to guide the graduate students for rational and reasonable employment or choosing a occupation, delivering high quality talents for the society, and to meet the needs of medical and health services.
