中美研究生教育培养模式和教育评价体系的比较及启示

摘　　要：比较中美研究生教育培养模式的差异,从教学形式、课程设置和教学方式、教学管理等方面进行比较,总结我国研究生教育培养模式的问题与不足,提出促进研究生教育质量提高的方法。比较中美研究生教育评估体系,从评价目的、评估类型、评估对象及指标体系的设计等方面进行比较分析,为我国研究生的教育评价工作提出建议及改进措施。A comparison is made for the differences between Chinese and American postgraduates＇ education and training mode in teaching form, curriculum and teaching methods and teaching management to identify problems and shortages of Chinese postgraduate education mode and propose the method to promote the education quality for postgraduates improved. A further comparison is made for Chinese and American postgraduates＇ educational evaluation system in terms of evaluation purpose, type, object and design of index system to provide suggestions and improvement measures for educational evaluation work of Chinese postgraduates.
