摘　　要：随着"互联网+"时代的来临,计算机与医学结合的浪潮带给医学院校计算机基础教学新的机遇,但学习节奏的加快又让传统的计算机课程面临诸多挑战。本文就在医学院校计算机基础课时缩减这一趋势下,如何借助新机遇和改革教学方法来加强课程建设进行了分析与思考,并结合具体的实践经验进行了阶段性总结和讨论。期望共同为培养适应信息时代的创新型医学人才而努力。With the advent of the Internet Plus era, the combination of computer and medicine is bringing computer basis teaching（CBT） lots of new opportunities at medical colleges. However, the traditional computer courses of CBT also have been facing lots of new challenges because of increasingly rapid pace of college life. In this paper, an initial analysis and thought of methods of strengthen course construction are presented, including how to take advantage of the new opportunities and how to reform the teaching methods, to respond to the trend of cutting down the number of class hours of CBT. Ultimately, a phased summary of our practical experiences has been shown and discussed. We hope this article could be helpful to foster innovative medical talents who can adapt to the information age.
