加拿大全科医学教育对我国全科医师培养的启示

摘　　要：全科医学制度是适应基层社区卫生服务发展的需要。全力推进全科医学制度建设,不断完善全科医学人才培养体系是我国现代医学教育的必要趋势。加拿大具有完备的全科医学教育和培训体系,其全科医疗质量世界领先。通过对加拿大全科医学教育的研究,借鉴其成功经验,针对我国全科医学教育的现状,提出建议,以期促进我国全科医学教育的发展。General medicine system is adapted to the needs of the development of grass-roots community health service. To promote the system construction in general medicine, perfecting the talent cultivation system in general medicine is the necessary trend of modern medical education in our country. Canada has complete general medical education and training system. Canada leads the world in the general medical quality. Through the study of Canadian education in general medicine, draw lessons from the successful experience, in view of the situation of general practice medical education in our country, put forward suggestions, in order to promote the development of general practice medical education in our country.
