摘 要:根据涡旋式膨胀机的工作原理,对涡旋式膨胀机进行动力学分析,得到了涡旋齿所受切向气体力的表达式,进而得出了输出转矩的表达式。以工程热力学的普遍原理为基础,得到了涡旋式膨胀机的有用功,结合气动功率概念,最终推导出涡旋式膨胀机有效热效率的表达式。在理论研究的基础上,设计了试验台,通过试验对结论进行了验证,证明了涡旋式膨胀机的效率与进气压力、体积流量、膨胀机转速之间的关系,并指出工质内泄漏对涡旋式膨胀机效率的影响,为提高涡旋式膨胀机的效率提供了理论基础。According to the scrolt expansion' s working principle, on the dynamic analysis of the scroll expander, the expression of the tangential force of the scroll tooth is obtained, and the expression of the output torque is ob- tained. The available work is pointed out, based on the universal principles of engineering thermodynamics, and expression of the effective thermal efficiency of scroll expansion is deduced combines with the aerodynamic power concept. Finally on the basis of theoretical research, the test-bed is designed and the conclusion is proved through experiment which includes the relationship between the efficiency of the scroll expander and the inlet pressure, the volume flow rate and the rotational speed of the expander. It is pointed out that the influence of the internal leakage on the efficiency of the scroll expander.
