摘  要:目的:建立测定茶叶中痕量硒的分析方法。方法:样品经硝酸-高氯酸回流消解处理,再用盐酸将六价硒还原为四价硒;以硼氢化钾溶液为还原剂,稀盐酸为载液,在优化的实验条件下,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定样品中痕量硒。结果:方法的检出限为0.08 ng/m L,线性范围为0.0 ng/m L^22.0 ng/m L,相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.7%,样品加标回收率为88.5%~98.2%。结论:该法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、精密度和准确度较高、试剂及样品用量少、操作方便、分析快速等优点,适于推广应用。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of trace sdenium in tea. Methods:Samples were digested by nitric acid - perehloric acid reflux,and were reduced by hydrochloric acid from hexavalent selenium to quadrivalence selenium. Under the condition of the optimization of the test, tile content of trace selenium in samples was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, with potassium borehydride solution as reducing agent, and dilute hydrochloric acid as the carrier fluid. Results: Detection limit of the method was 0.08 ng/mL, the linear range was 0.0 ng/mL -22.0 ng/mL, the relative standard deviation was I. 2 % ~ 2.7 %, and the sample standard addition recovery was 88.5 % ~ 98.2 %. Conclusion : The method has advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, better precision and accuracy, less dosage of reagent and sample ,easy operation ,and quick analysis. The method is suitable for popularization and application.
