摘  要:试验主要研究了不同比例的万寿菊提取物、辣椒红色素对小麦-豆粕型日粮蛋鸡蛋黄颜色、生产性能、蛋品质的影响。选用380日龄体重相似、产蛋率相近且健康的"农大三号"蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只,共60只鸡。对照组只添加辣椒红色素,其中叶黄素的含量为12 mg/kg。试验组饲粮中添加的红、黄两种色素中叶黄素含量的比例分别为4:1(12:3 mg/kg)、2:1(12:6 mg/kg)、1:1(12:12 mg/kg)、1:2(12:24 mg/kg)。试验结果表明:①不同比例的混合色素对蛋黄的L(亮值)、a(红值)、RCF(罗氏比色扇值)没有显著的影响(P>0.05);②与对照组相比,随万寿菊提取物含量比例的增加,蛋黄的黄值b有明显的提高(P<0.05);③在饲粮中单独使用辣椒红色素或添加混合色素,均对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质没有明显的影响(P>0.05)。This experimenent was conducted to test the effect oi the dltterent proportions of marigold extract, capsicum red pigment on egg yolk colour, production performance and egg quality of layers fed wheat-based diet. 300 NongDa NO.3 layers at 52 weeks were allotted to five dietary treatments randomly, five replicates of 60 layers per replicate. The control group only add chili red element, among them, the content of lutein was 12 mg/kg, group of fodder was added the proportion of the lu- rein content in red, yellow pigment is 4 : 1(12 : 3 mg/kg), 2 : 1(12 : 6 mg/kg), 1 : 1(12 : 12 mg/kg), 1 : 2(12 : 24 mg/kg), respectively. The results showed theat:(~ Different proportions of mixed pigment had no impact on egg's L, a, b, RCF(P〉0.05). (~) Compared with the control group, with the increase of the proportion of marigold extract content, when value increased quickly(P〈0.01), egg yolk yellow value of b had obvious enhancement (P〈0.05). (3) Capsicum red pigment in fodder used independently or added with being mixed pigments, both the production performance, egg quality of laying hens had no obvious impacts(P〉0.05)
