摘  要:分子生物学实验技术作为生命科学研究的基本手段,是每个与生物学相关专业的研究生必须掌握的实验技术.实验教学对于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力具有不可替代的作用.果蔬生理生化理论及实验技术课程的开设,可以提高研究生的动手能力,为开展其后续的研究项目和论文写作奠定理论和实验基础.因此,对该课程进行了一系列的创新尝试,取得了很好的效果,提出并制定了适应新形势下的教学内容和模式.主要表现在2个方面:实验模块创新和课程建设创新.通过这些创新教学,使课程教学效果突出,学生创新能力进一步提高,从而促进教学质量迈进了新的台阶.As the basic means of the life science research, the experimental technique of molecular biology is an experimental technique that every graduate student of biology must master. Experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' practical ability and innovation ability. Fruits and vegetables physiological and biochemical theory and experiment of course, can improve the ability of graduate students, for the subsequent research projects and thesis writing theory and experiment basis. So a series of innovations on of course, good results have been achieved, proposed and developed to adapt to new situation of the teaching content and mode. Mainly manifested in the following two aspects, innovation and course construction of laboratory test module. Through the innovation of teaching, classroom teaching effect, students' innovative ability training to further improve, so as to promote the quality of teaching is a new step.
