摘　　要：当前免费师范生教育存在分科培养与全科教师要求的对立、被迫从教与终身从教的对立、间断性实习与积累丰厚实践教学经验的对立等普遍问题,其应对策略是加强政策引导与资源投入、教育行政主管部门和培养单位两手联合以及创新培养模式、谋求多方合作等,如此方能适应新形势下免费师范生培养的需要。At present, there are some contradictions in the cultivation of free normal students, such as the over-all subject and specific subject teacher training, being forced to be a teacher and a life-long vocation, discontinued educational practice and accumulation of teaching practice, etc. Through the analysis of the causes for the problems, suggestions were given for the cultivation of free normal university students under the new situation such as strengthening the guide of policy, increasing the input, the cooperation of educational authorities and colleges, creating the mode of cultivation, pursuing multi-party cooperation, etc.
