摘  要:高校创新创业教育的草根文化特性和作用是要给受教育者以"破坏性创造"的基因。草根创新创业具有注重兴趣、源自民间、质疑权威、广泛交流等文化特质,形成于认知学习、知识共享等要素的基础上。通过梳理表现形式尝试可由主体、客体、评价者和环境等四个维度,培育高校创新创业草根文化,培养更适切经济社会发展需要的创新创业人才,据此提出鼓励包容草根文化和创新、创造非正式交流合作、引导草根文化融入大学文化的对策建议。The basic culture of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is to set the cultural power of "destructive power" to the educational object. The case study shows that the grassroots innovation recognizes its culture features as the focus on the Interest, stem- ming from the folk, questioning the authority, and extensive exchanges, based on essential elements of cognitive learning, and knowledge sharing. Through combing the forms of attempts from the subject and object, evaluation and the environment of the four dimensions of construction of University Innovation of grassroots culture connotation, it was put forward to encourage tolerance, countermeasures and suggestions to create grassroots informal exchanges cooperation and guidance of grassroots culture into college culture and social culture.
