台州市民营企业产学研合作现状分析与发展思路

摘　　要：民营科技型企业是自主创新的重要力量,是高新技术研发的主力军,而加强产学研合作是提高民营科技型企业自主创新能力的重要途径。浙江省台州市民营经济发达,制造业基础扎实,是浙江乃至长三角的先进制造业基地。本文对台州173家制造类企业及9所高校院所的产学研合作情况进行了调研,在统计数据和实地考察的基础上分析了企业在产学研合作上的现状和存在的共性问题,并提出了相关的发展思路。As the main force in the development of high-technology industry, private enterprises play an irreplaceable role dur- ing the course of self-dependent innovation, and it is a main way for enterprises to develop independent innovative capacity by strengthening the industry-university-research cooperation. Taizhou＇s economy has gained the initiative of market economy by striking the first blow and the civilian-run economy is very prosperous, and it is an advanced manufacturing base in Zhe- jiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta. This paper studies the present situation of industry-university-research cooperation in Taizhou through investigating 173 manufacturing enterprises and 9 research institutions. Based on the survey data and on-the-spot investigation, the common problems in industry-university-research cooperation are analyzed, and related develop- ment ideas are also proposed.
