摘  要:长期以来,职业教育的价值主导为学科知识取向,使得客体知识和作为知识能动主体的人的需要之间联系错位,引入工作过程知识并对其价值进行研究显得尤为迫切。工作过程知识通过现实性的"自我显现"、形象性的多向度体系、交互的客体主体化与主体客体化在实践中得以体现,具有"是其所是"的效用价值。通过让个体在工作过程中进行具有生命意义的创造、体验与享受,具有追求终极诉求的生命价值。通过在工作实践中直接或间接体现职业教育原点(按照美的规律去创造),揭示职业教育本质(人只有实践才能具有存在感),维系职业教育之魂(深度汇流校企文化优势),从而在本体意义上进行回归,具有蕴含精良审美的教育价值。For a long time, vocational education has been dominated by the value of subject knowledge, the relation between the object of knowledge and the need of the main body is separated, the introduction of work process knowledge and its value to study the development of vocational education reform has very important significance. The working process knowledge can be embodied in practice through the reality of "self", the image of the multi degree system, the interaction of the subject and the object of the subject in the practice, with the " it is" utility value. By making the individual in the process of life with the significance of the creation, experience and enjoyment, with the value of life of pursuing the ultimate pursuit. By working in practice directly or indirectly reflecting the original point of the vocational education (to create according to the law of beauty), revealing the nature of the vocational education (to practice who can only have the sense of presence), maintaining the soul of the vocational education (to converge the cultural advantage between schools and enterprises deeply), regression in the sense of ontology, with the aesthetic value of education.
