英国国家职业资格证书制度的经验及其启示

摘　　要：作为一种成熟和完善的制度,英国国家职业资格证书制度逐渐被其他国家学习和借鉴,其主要经验包括以政府主导、多部门参与的组织机制,统一的国家职业资格证书机制,基于职业岗位能力的职业标准考核机制和内外部督考的核心能力评价机制。结合我国职业资格证书制度的实际,英国国家职业资格证书制度具有重要的借鉴意义。As a kind of mature and perfect system, the national vocational qualification certificate system has been studied and used by other countries. Its main development e following points： organization mechanism leaded by the government and xperi invo ence includes the lved in multiple departments- a unified national occupation qualification certificate system- core competence evaluation mechanism based on the professional ability and external supervision. Combined with the actual situation of China＇s vocational qualification certificate system and the bottleneck of its development, we can find that the British national vocational qualification certificate system is of great significance for the improvement of China＇vocational qualification certificate system.
