摘　　要：人职适配是职业生涯规划的精髓,也是社会对大学人才培养规格及标准诉求的立足点。大学应树立"博雅教育是本科教育的核心,专业教育是博雅教育组成部分"的理念,整合专业教育课程与博雅教育课程,建立健全按学科大类招生和专业灵活转换机制,从而实现人职适配的目标。The matchlng ol person at-u vu- foothold of the society＇s demands on the training specifications and standards. University should set up the concept that liberal education was the core of the undergraduate education, professional education was a part of the liberal education, integrate professional education curriculum into liberal education cur- riculum, establish and improve college enrollment according to discipline and flexible Professional transfer mechanism, and the goal of person - vocation matching is achieved accordingly.
