摘  要:目的本研究将"慕课"教学方法首次应用于临床药学专业临床药理学教学中,探讨改革后的临床药理学教学模式在临床药学专业学生中的教学效果。方法随机抽取药学院98期临床药学专业学生59人,其中实验组30人,采用"慕课"教学法;另外29人为对照组,采用传统PBL教学法。分别对考试成绩和问卷调查结果进行统计学处理,以评价新的教学模式"慕课"的教学效果。结果实验组考试成绩明显高于对照组,而且在学习自主性、分析问题和解决问题、沟通技巧和团队意识等方面都明显增强。结论 "慕课"教学模式的引入充分提高了学生对临床药理学的学习兴趣,锻炼并提高了学生的综合素质和专业修养。Objective The study on "MOOC" teaching method is applied for the first time to the teaching of clinical pharmacology for clinical pharmacy, and is discussed about theteaching effect of the reformed teaching method onthe clinical pharmacy students of clinical pharmacology. Methods 59 cases of students of 98 times with clinical pharmacy were randomly extracted from school of pharmacy, including 30 people in experimental group using the "MOOC" teaching method, and the other 29 people as control group using the traditional PBL teaching method. The results of test scores and questionnaire were statistically analyzed, in order to evaluate the teaching effect of the new teaching mode of "MOOC". Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the learner autonomy, the ability to analyze and solve problems, interpersonal communication and team spirit are all markedly improved. Conclusion The "MOOC" teaching mode fully and effectively stimulates the students' learning enthusiasm and improves the students' comprehensive quality and professional training, which are worthy of deeper studying and advertising.
