摘  要:随着护理学的发展,传统的护理教育模式已不能满足现代社会培养高素质护理人才的目标需求,人才培养模式改革势在必行。为此,我院组建由学校教师和临床护理骨干构成的导师队伍,在学生入学后即进行导师分配,在整个大学学习期间,均有双导师对其进行指导,即实施"全程双导师制"。"全程双导师制"实施以来,既提高了教师教学水平,也改善了护生综合素质和能力。我院"全程双导师制"教学模式己进入初步实施阶段并不断完善,其教学效果己初见成效,得到了师生的好评。With the development of nursing science, the traditional nursing education mode can't meet the requirements for the training goal of highquality nursing talents, the innovation of talent training mode is imperative. Our school has built the tutor team which was composed of school teachers and clinical nursing backbone. The undergraduates were was directed by the tutor team during the whole study in college. Implementation of the full-double tutorial system improves the teaching level of the teachers and alsopromote the training of students' comprehensive quality. "Fulldouble tutorial system" teaching mode has entered the preliminary stage of implementation, and its teaching effect has paid off which got high praise of teachers and students.
