大数据视野下信管专业人才培养和课程设置分析——以商洛学院为例

摘　　要：文章分析了大数据发展及其人才需求状况,结合商洛学院信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养和课程设置现状,针对大数据环境构建了信管专业人才培养目标框架,并根据人才培养框架对现有课程设置进行了调整,以适应大数据发展对信管专业人才的需求,并为同类院校信管专业的建设提供一些建议与参考。This paper analyzes the development of big data and the situation of talent demand. Combining with the information management and information system professional talent training and curriculum in Shangluo University, it builds the information management professional training target framework towards the big data environment, and the present curriculum has been adjusted according to the talent training framework to adapt to the needs of information management professional talent with the development of big data. It can also provide some reference and advice for constructing information management and information system in the same kind universities.
