摘　　要：师德有丰富的内涵,树人立德仍然是师德建设的重要内容。高校教师师德建设应以教育培养学生为重点,引导学生养成良好的道德习惯,形成正确的价值追求。我校今年全面迁入南校区,面临着很多实际困难,这就要求我们的教师要有较高的师德素养,以无机化学党支部教师立足教学加强师德建设为着眼点,深入的讨论高校教师师德建设的重点内容及其实现途径。The teacher＇s ethics has rich connotation, and moral cultivation is an important part of its construc- tion. The construction of teachers＂ ethics in colleges should focus on educating students, guiding students to develop good moral habits and forming correct value pursuit. Our university has moved to the south campus this year and faces many practical difficulties, which requires teachers to have high moral quality. This paper focuses on strength- ening the moral construction of teachers from the Party branch of inorganic chemistry, and discusses the main content in the construction of college teachers＂ morality and its realization paths.
