摘 要:为了进一步探究柳枝稷种子休眠的原因,提高柳枝稷种子的发芽率,降低其大规模种植的难度,采用不同贮藏温度组合处理柳枝稷种子,通过比较相同温度条件下的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,解析不同贮藏温度对柳枝稷种子休眠破除的效果。结果表明,柳枝稷种子发芽需要一定的积温,若前期贮藏温度为25℃,则贮藏时间为90~120d对种子休眠的破除效果较好;若前期贮藏温度为30℃,则贮藏时间为75~105d对种子破除的效果较好。可见,柳枝稷种子不仅存在生理后熟,还存在形态后熟,这也可能是导致其深度休眠的重要原因。Switchgrass is a perennial herb distributed in north America and central America,and it is considered to be an ideal bioenergy crop to replace food crops for producing bioethanol due to its large biomass,rich cellulose,readily fermentability and excellent stress resistances.However,switchgrass seeds have serious dormancy,which affects the seed development in large-scale plantation and inhibits its industry expansion.The reason of long and deep dormancy in switchgrass seeds is complicated,so we studied the mechanism of seed dormancy for improving seed germination rate to plant it in largescale.We analyzed the effects of different storage temperatures on switchgrass seed dormancy by comparing the germination rate,germination index and germination potential.The results showed that seed germination of switchgrass required a certain accumulated temperature.If the storage temperature was 25 ℃,the suitable processing time should be 90-120 days,when the storage temperature was 30 ℃,the suitable processing time was 75-105 days.Switchgrass seeds had not only physiological post-maturation,but also morphological post-maturation,this may be an important reason to cause its deep dormancy.
