大学生手机依赖与社交焦虑、孤独感的关系

摘　　要：为探讨大学生手机依赖与社交焦虑、孤独感的关系,选取浙江省三所高校大一至大四1 368名学生作为被试,采用手机依赖评定量表(MPAI)、Liebowitz社交焦虑量表(LSAS)和UCLA孤独量表分别测量被试的手机依赖程度、社交恐惧情绪和社交回避行为指数,以及孤独感水平。结果表明:大学生MPAI平均得分存在年级差异;同时,女生MPAI平均分显著高于男生;手机依赖与孤独感和社交焦虑呈正相关,也和社交恐惧、社交回避分因子呈正相关;通过结构方程模型分析表明,孤独感在社交恐惧、社交回避与手机依赖关系中起部分中介作用,其中介效应占总效应比为50%、13.6%。结论表明,社交焦虑、孤独感和手机依赖关系密切,且社交焦虑能够通过孤独感对手机依赖产生正向影响。To explore the relation of mobile phone dependence to social anxiety and Loneliness in college students, 1368 students were chosen from three colleges in Zhejiang province. The Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale （ MPAI）, Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale （ LSAS） and UCLA Loneliness Scale were used to measure cell phone dependence subjects＇social fears and social avoidance behavior index, as well as the level of loneliness. Results： （ 1 ） The average MPAI score in college students was [45.56 ± 12.07 ） and the scores were higher in female students than in male [ （ 49.04± 9.60 ） vs. （ 42.96 ±13.05 ）, t = - 4. 755, P = 0. 000 ]. （ 2 ） The mobile phone dependence and loneliness score （ r = 0. 179） and social anxiety （ r = 0. 263 ） were positively correlated, and also social phobia, social avoidance factor was positively correlated points （ r = 0. 189, 0. 243 ）. （ 3 ） Structural equation model found loneliness played a partly mediating role between social anxiety and mobile phone dependence, and the mediation effect account for the total effect 50% and 13.6% respectively. Conclusion： There may be a close relation of mobile phone dependence to loneliness and social anxiety, and loneliness could affect mobile phone dependence through social anxiety.
