摘　　要：阐述了进出口食品检验、复验、复检的概念和涵义,从申请与受理、申请人义务、组织实施、不受理或不实施等方面对复验和复检进行对比分析,发现进出口食品复验工作的不足,提出改进进出口食品检验复验工作程序的建议。This paper describes the concept and meaning of import and export food inspection,re-test and re-inspection,compares and analyzes the difference from the application and acceptance,the obligation of applicants,organization and implementation,not accepted or not implemented,discovers the defect in work,and make suggestions on improving the procedure of inspection and re-inspection of import and export food.
