摘  要:以某综合性医院推行医疗辅助岗位文员化用工模式为切入点,阐述推行该类用工模式的必要性、用工类型、管理方式以及相对其他用工模式的优势和特色。分析了近年来该类模式的用工现状以及对降低医院人力成本的作用,提出了对未来如何科学配置文员岗位、拓宽文员岗位职业发展空间以及建立合理薪酬分配模式的思考。Taking the implementation of clerical employment mode in medical assistant positions in one general hospital as the starting point to explain the necessity of carrying out such employment mode, and the type of employment, the management style as well as the difference with other employment modes is discussed. The employment status of this mode in recent years and the role of reducing hospital labor costs are also analyzed. Suggestions on how to scientifically configure clerical posts and how to broaden the career development space as well as how to establish a reasonable income distribution model are mentioned.
