摘　　要：按照战略管理思考逻辑,战略管理研究可分为与战略管理内容相关的研究和与战略管理过程相关的研究,战略管理认知视角研究主要关注于战略管理过程,试图进入战略形成过程内部。分析了战略管理认知学派研究的两个隐含假设:认知有限理性假设、认知的内在主义和外在主义假设;分别梳理了实证主义和建构主义两种视角的研究成果,提出了在战略管理哲学反思基础上的整合研究思路。According to the logical thinking of s trategic management, s trategic management research can be divided into con-tent research and process research. Cognitive school of strategic management mainly payed attention to the strategic man-agement process research and really tried to entry strategy formation process. This paper analyzes two implicit assumptions of cognitive school of strategic management：cognitive bounded rationality,cognition of internalism and externalism,reviews the research about positivist and constructivist,proposes the integration research ideas of strategic management on the ba-sis of the philosophical reflection.
