摘　　要：结合高校基建工作的管理属性和服务属性,从思想认识、理论基础、实践行动三方面,阐述了高校基建工作中党员的自我管理策略,以发挥党员的模范带头作用,保证高校基建工作的顺利进行。Combining with management properties and service properties of university infrastructure,starting from three aspects of ideological cognition,theoretical foundation and practical action,the paper expounds party member＇s self-management in university infrastructure,with a view to play their leading role and guarantee university infrastructure smooth.
