摘 要:目的本着以提高执业能力为导向,培养医学生的临床综合能力即执业能力,构建科学、合理的内科学实践教学模式。方法将2014年8月至2015年9月在第一附属医院实习的2010级临床医学专业及全科医疗班共160名学生作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组各80名,对实验组学生采用综合多元化训练模式进行培训,对照组学生沿用传统的培训方案进行技能培训。结果实验组学生的基础知识和临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该教学模式使学生的综合能力得到明显的提高,为毕业后顺利的角色转换及住院医师规范化培训奠定了良好的基础,值得推广。Purpose To construct a scientific and reasonable internal medicine practice teaching mode for improving executive ability. Methods Choose 160 students majored in clinical medicine and general medicine,who conducted their internship in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,80 students respectively. The experimental group students adopt the comprehensive diversity training mode for training. The control group students used the traditional training programs for skills training. Results Both basic knowledge test score and the clinical skills assessment score are higher in the experimental group. Conclusion The teaching mode can improve students' comprehensive ability obviously. It can laid a good foundation for replacing the role smoothly after their graduation and for the standardization training of residents thus deserving spreading.
