摘 要:目的探讨品管圈结合PBL教学法在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院2012级护理本科100名学生为研究对象,随机分成两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组,每组50名,两组学生年龄、性别比例差异无统计学意义。实验组学生采用QCC结合PBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学。采用独立样本t检验和χ~2检验来比较两组学生的成绩和对教学方法的满意程度。结果考试结束后统计两组学生的考试成绩,实验组学生考试成绩明显高于对照组学生成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组学生对教学方法满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈结合PBL教学法提高了学生学习热情,增加了学生的沟通能力,增强了学生们的集体主义精神和团队合作精神,明显提高了教学质量。值得在我国广大医学院校的神经内科护理教学中广泛推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of application of quality control circle and PBL teaching in the nursing teaching in the department of neurology. Methods 100 cases of students in the nursing major were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, there was no statistical difference in the age and gender between the two groups, the experimental group adopted the QCC combined with PBL teaching, while the control group adopted the traditional method, and the score and satisfactory degree to teaching method were compared by the T test and chi-square test. Results The examination score of the two groups wad counted, and the examination score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05), and the satisfactory degree to the teaching method in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle combined with PBL teaching method improves the learning enthusiasm of students, enhance the communication ability of students and spirit of collectivism and team cooperation spirit of students and obviously improves the teaching quality, which is worth wide promotion and application in the nursing teaching in the department of neurology in the extensive medical colleges in China.
