摘　　要：新闻译者在编译时通过语言层面的改动将原语新闻本土化,使之变为符合译文社会主流文化意识形态要求和译文读者认知期待的新闻。其中,互文性选择的编译改动是新闻译者用以实现译文对原文意识形态转换的最常用方式之一。译者通过扬内抑外的认知模式对原文中原有的不均衡权力关系进行干预,建构了具有译文特点的权力关系,使译文蕴含了具有译文特色的扬内抑外的意识形态内容。News agencies usually localize international news by way of trans-editing to make TI＂ be in accordance with the needs of the readers and the mainstream ideology of the target culture. Changes in the choices of intertextuality from ST to TT often lead to ideological transformations. Additions or deletions of intertextality in the process of trans-editing from ST to TT based on the ideological square on the part of the translator will inevitably lead to changes in power relations and transformations in ideol- ogy from ST to TT.
