摘　　要：历史资料的合理保存对文化传承、传播有着重要作用,而媒体资产管理系统就为大量资源的管理、保存、利用提供了一个安全便捷的平台,本文将对该系统的功能进行详细地分解,并指出实践过程中存在的一些不足.History data is very important for the inheritance and transmission of culture. And media asset management system（MAM） is a platform for managing,keeping and utilizing a large amount of media. This paper will introduce the functions of MAM in detail and point out some shortcomings.
