摘　　要：作为一个非营利性职业教育学术交流活动,中国中青年职教论坛已经形成一定的影响力。2016年,第十一届中国中青年职教论坛在上海召开,围绕"面向2030:职业教育的愿景与变革"的主题,开展了热烈讨论。梳理11届职教论坛的相关情况,其呈现出规模不断扩大、形式不断创新、主题紧扣热点、形成一定的学术影响力等特点。同时存在着论坛宣传力度不够、观点缺乏交集的问题。需要扩大论坛的覆盖面,加强主题引领意识。As a non-profit vocational education academic exchanges, China Young Vocational Education Forum has formed certain influence. In 2016, the 11th China Youth Vocational Education Forum was held in Shanghai, in which participants discussed the theme of ＂Oriented to 2030： The Vision and Reform of Vocational Education＂ . Though analyzing the related situation of 11th Vocational Education Forum, it is found that the forum is characteristic with scale expanding, form innovating, subject closely relating to hotspot, and the formation of certain academic influence. At the same time, there exists problems such as insuf^cient propaganda, and lack of intersection of viewpoint. It is necessary to enlarge the coverage of the Forum, and strengthen the subject-leading consciousness.
