摘 要:以‘FGM’茄子品种(非光敏型)为实验材料,应用Real-Time PCR技术,分析套袋处理对茄子果皮花青素合成的关键酶基因(SmCHS,SmDFR,SmCHI,SmF3'H,SmF3'5'H,SmANS)和转录因子(SmMYB1,SmCOP1)表达水平的影响。结果表明,与对照未套袋果皮相比,SmCHI、SmF3'H和SmANS基因的表达量在套袋处理后没有显著变化,但是SmCOP1、SmCHS、SmDFR、F3'5'H四个基因在套袋处理后表达量明显降低,而SmMYB1基因的表达量在套袋处理后表达量上升,对比分析光敏型茄子的花青素合成相关基因的表达模式,SmMYB1和SmCOP1两个基因在光敏性差异显著的两个品种中表达模式截然相反,这些基因可能与光照对花青素合成的调控作用有关。Eggplant variety‘FGM'was used in this experiment. Several structural genes(SmCHS, SmDFR, SmCHI,SmF3'H, SmF3'5'H, and SmANS) and transcriptional factors(SmMYB1 and SmCOP1) involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis of eggplant were analyzed under bagging treatments using Real-Time PCR. The results indicated that the expression quantity of SmCHI, SmF3'H, and SmANS showed no significant changes after bagging treatments compared with control. Whereas, the expression of SmCOP1, SmCHS, SmDFR, and F3'5'H was evidently dropped, but increased for SmMYB1 compared with control. By comparing the expression patterns for anthocyanin biosynthesis related genes in light-sensitive eggplant with non-photosensitive eggplant, the results demonstrated that the expression profiles of SmMYB1 and SmCOP1 have exactly opposite effects in two distinct different photosensitive varieties. These genes may be associated with the regulation of light on anthocyanin biosynthesis in eggplant.
