摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,培养满足当前社会需求的高质量人才是高职院校的主要任务。市场经济召唤适应性强、口径宽且有一定应用能力的复合型日语人才,因而促成高职日语教学与专业相结合势在必行。以闽西职业技术学院公共日语课教学为例,分析高职公共日语教学中存在的问题,并从公共日语教学与专业结合的难点出发,寻求解决问题的有效对策,以让学生更好地掌握与岗位相关联的专业日语,为实现一专多能的复合型技能人才培养打下基础。Under the background of market oriented economy, cultivating the high quality talents is the main task of higher vocational colleges. To comply with the changes of market demand, this paper tries to combine the public Japanese teaching situation in Minxi Vocational and Technical College, analyzing the problems of teaching and starting from the difficulty of combining public Japanese teaching and major to solve the problems effectively, so as to make students grasp practical Japanese better and lay a good foundation for the realization of interdisciplinary talents.
