摘 要:小型民营企业管理观念落后、员工的培训意识淡薄、培训需求分析空白、员工流动频繁等主客观因素制约员工培训工作的展开,使得员工培训工作长期处于缺位状态。据此,小型民营企业应从提升经营者管理素质、强化员工的培训意识、明确培训需求分析、稳定员工队伍等方面着手努力,为企业优质人才的提升、保留提供制度保障,使员工培训工作能顺利落到实处,从而提高小型民营企业人力资源的竞争力。The subjective and objective factors including the backward concept of enterprise management, weak training consciousness from the employees, lack of training need analysis, and high employee turnover and so on restrict the development of staff training, and cause the longterm absence of staff training in small-sized private enterprises. The paper proposes that smallsized private enterprises should improve the management quality of operators, strengthen the staff's training awareness, improve training needs analysis, and stabilize the workforce, so as to provide system security for the promotion of excellent staff, guarantee the smooth operation of staff training, and improve the competitiveness of human resources in small-sized enterprises.
