浅析日本职业道德教育的空间开放性

摘  要:日本员工对企业的忠诚度世界闻名,这来源于其出色的职业道德教育。本文收集了相关文献、数据,对日本的职业道德教育体系进行了分析,指出日本的职业道德教育具有全面的空间开放性。日本的职业道德教育起始于家庭,中继于学校、弘扬于企业,渗透到社会。家庭、学校、企业和社会四位一体实现了对社会成员的全渗透、全周期的职业道德教育。日本职业道德教育的这一特点对我国目前的职业道德教育很有借鉴价值。Abstract: The loyalty of Japanese employees is world famous, which stems from the excellent professional ethics education in Japan. After some literatures and data have been collected, the system of Japanese professional ethics education was analyzed and one conclusion was drawn that it has the character of spatial openness. In Japan, professional ethic education was started in family, then carried on in school, and developed completely in enterprise. It also permeated into every aspect of society. Family, school, enterprise and society, as one quaternity, construct one education system of professional ethics that covers one employer' s full life cycle and every aspect in the society. The spatial openness of Japanese professional ethics education is very valuable for the counterpart in China in present.
