摘 要:在传统的电网频率控制系统中,常采用PI控制方式进行频率的调节,但存在调节时间较长、超调量较大等缺点,引入模糊控制理论对其进行改进。以常规发电机组为研究对象,为了提高频率调节性能,设计出具有模糊PID复合结构的控制器,根据频率偏移的幅度自适应调节其控制参数。通过在Simulink中搭建水-火多机组仿真模型,加入模糊PID控制器进行改进,对该系统频率调节进行仿真实验分析。仿真结果及数据分析验证了该方案的可行性,与传统的频率调节相比,改进模糊控制的发电系统提高了频率调节的动态响应,减小了稳态误差。In the traditional power grid frequency control system, PI control is often adopted to adjust the frequency, while it causes some problems such as long settling time and over-shoot, so the fuzzy control theory is introduced. Taking conventional generator as the research object, to improve frequency regulatory performance, a composite structure controller of the fuzzy PID is designed which can adjust the parameters of the PID controller by itself according to the range of the frequency offset. The models of water and fire units are built in Simulink and fuzzy PID controller is joined to improve the system frequency regulation and make simulations. The result of the simulations and data analysis verify the feasibility of the plan, compared with the traditional frequency control, the fuzzy PID controller can improve the dynamic response and reduce error of the system.
