摘  要:在现代职业教育体系与劳动就业体系互动发展的大背景下,基于就业结构性矛盾探讨高职会计技能教育的立体化改革与创新,应在厘清会计技能教育现状的基础上,呼唤技能教育归位。基于社会新经济变革探讨高职会计技能的演进与发展,遵循"任务引领、产教融合、能力为本、知行合一"的人才培养理念,从课程体系、培养模式、项目化课程训练、技术技能特色等方面重构与实践技能人才培养的立体化路径,探索分类培养、分层教学的技能教育改革之路。Under the background of the interactive development of modern vocational education system and employment system, the reform and innovation of the accounting skills education at higher vocational colleges is discussed based on the structural contradiction of employment. On the basis of clarifying the current situation of accounting skills education, a rational return of skills education is needed. This paper probes into the evolution and development of higher vocational accounting skills based on the new economic and social change. Following the talent training philosophy of "task-leading, integration of production and education, competence-based and unity of knowledge and action", three-dimensional path of skilled-talents cultivation should be reconstructed and put into practice from four perspectives of curriculum system, training mode, project-based curriculum training, unique feature of technique and skills, and the exploration of classification training and hierarchical teaching should be carried out in the reform of skills training.
