摘 要:目前减振器的动态特性大多通过大量重复试验来获取,该类设计方法缺乏一定的理论依据,周期长、成本高。针对这一问题,以某乘用车减振器为分析对象,在分析减振器工作原理的基础上对其动态特性进行详细的数学建模,然后建立减振器仿真分析流程图,编写MATLAB程序仿真计算减振器在多种频率下的动态特性,并应用MTS849试验台测试样机,对仿真结果与试验结果进行对比分析,验证了数学建模与仿真分析的准确性。这种应用仿真分析与台架测试相结合的方法为减振器的设计提供了理论依据,能缩短研发周期,降低成本。Presently,the dynamic characteristics of the shock absorber was obtained through the large number of repeat tests.This kind of design method lacked the certain theoretical proof and need longer period and higher cost.Regarding to this issue,a passenger car shock absorber was chosen as the analysis project to take mathematical modeling of the dynamic characteristics based on the analysis of the working principle.Then,a shock absorber simulation analysis flow chart was established and MATLAB programs were written to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the shock absorber under multi variation frequencies.The experimental studies on the sample motor was carried out using MTS849 test rig.The simulation analysis method combined with bench test provided a theoretical foundation for the shock absorber design,which could reduce the development period and reduce the cost.
