摘　　要：文章结合目前双语师范生的口语基本状况和特殊性,对少数民族师范生的"教师口语"的教学现状和培养模式进行探讨。旨在提高少数民族师范生培养的有效性,探索少数民族师范生"教师口语"技能培养的有效模式及应用,使少数民族师范生入职后能够有效地适应新疆基础教育的需要,为民族地区教育教学质量的长足发展注入活力。According to the basic sistuation and particularity of bilingual students＇ oral chinese, take the major of biological sciences in Xinjiang Normal University for example, we discussiced the present stuauation and training mode of ＂teacher＇s oral course＂. The aim is to improve the cultivation of ethin minority students etfeetively,and ex- plore its effective mode and promotion. We hope our bilingual students could meet the needs of the basic education in Xinjiang after their induction. Moreover, it could instill energy to the long-term development of the-teaching quality in national regions.
