摘  要:目的:了解某三甲传染病防治专科医院医护人员工作投入与任务绩效现状,分析其影响因素与相互关系,为医院管理者提供理论依据。方法:采用综合基本情况、中文版U-trecht工作投入量表与任务绩效表的调查问卷,对该三甲专科医院190名医护人员进行调查。结果:(1)医护人员工作投入与任务绩效处于较高水平[(80.34±19.26)分、(37.46±4.65)分];(2)多种因素影响该专科医院医护人员的工作投入与任务绩效水平,婚姻状况与每周工作时长为工作投入的主要影响因素(t=2.931,P=0.004;t=-1.977,P=0.050),年龄是任务绩效的主要影响因素(t=3.923,P<0.05);(3)医护人员的工作投入水平及活力维度对任务绩效有正向影响。结论:医院管理者要立足于传染病专科医院的特点,完善医院内部管理,包括建立合理的组织支持体系、建立完善的作息时间与促进"以老带新"措施的开发等,以激发医护人员的积极性与主动性,提高医护人员的工作效率与任务绩效,最终促进医护人员队伍建设。Objective To understand characteristics of work staffs' work engagement and task performance in a tertiary level 1 st class specialized hospital, analyze their factors and correlation and provide theory basis for hospital managers. Methods A total of 190 work staffs were investigated with a questionnaire integrating the Chinese version of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and task performance table. Results ( 1 ) Work engagement and task performance of work staffs were at a higher level ( ( 80.34 ± 19. 26 ) points, ( 37.46 ± 4.65 ) points) ; (2) Many factors affected their work engagement and task performance, where marital status and working hours per week were main influencing factors of work engagement ( t = 2.931, P = 0. 004 ; t = 1. 977, P = 0.050 ), and age was the main influence factors of task performance (t = 3. 923, P 〈 0.05 ) ; (3)Work engagement and its dynamic dimen- sion had a positive effect on task performance. Conclusion Hospital managers need to improve hospital internal management based on the characteristics of this infectious disease hospital, including establishing reasonable organizational support system and perfect schedules, and promoting the development of "to the old with the new" measures and so on, in order to inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of medical staffs, improve staffs' work efficiency and task performance, and develop the medical staffs' team.
