摘 要:采用定量和定性相结合的研究方法,探究近10年来中医学术流派相关现代文献,分析其命名、分类、形成原因,认为中医学术流派的研究主要围绕创新的学术思想、代表性医家及著作等展开的流派总结和争鸣,对不同学术流派之间的关系比较和分析研究相对较少。除了目前较为公认的任应秋版《中医各家学说》中总结的七大学派外,扶阳学派、中西医汇通学派受到较多学者的关注。地域性医派的研究方面,孟河医派、新安医派、岭南医派、上海医派(海派中医)、盱江医派、龙江医派、吴门医派近来成为研究的热点。专科流派研究不够集中,但涉及内、外、妇、儿、针灸、推拿、骨科、养生等多个学科,很可能成为未来研究的重点。中医学术流派的命名规律、分类原则及形成原因等,可分别用"一流统各派""核心三要素"及"三因共制宜"予以概括。Adopting the research method of qualitative and quantitative combination, we researched nearly 10 years modem literature about the research process of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) academic schools and combined the current main schools of TCM academic schools and analyzed its naming, classification, causes of formation rules. We said that the research on TCM academic schools is mainly around three major criteria, innovative academic ideas, representative works of doctors and schools. Relatively few studies on the comparison and analysis of the relationship between different academic schools. In addition to the widely accepted version of REN Yingqiu's Doctrines of Various Historical Schools summary of seven schools, supporting yang school as well as Chinese and Western medicine school received more attention from scholars. In the research of regional medical school, Menghe medical school ,Xin'an medical school, south of the Five Ridges medical school, Shanghai medical school (Shanghai TCM) , Xu Jiang medical school, Longjiang medical school, Wumen medical school recently have become hot spots of research. Specialist school research is not enough concentration, but involved in internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology, paediat- rics, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, orthopedics, traditional Chinese Hygienics and other disciplines, which perhaps be- come the focus of the study in the future. The naming rules, principles of clarification and the causes of formation of TCM academ- ic schools, can be summarized respectively with the first - class schools, three core elements and treatment individualized to pa- tients' season and locality.
